Goals: Insert Ih

Specific aims:

• Insert In, create parameter controls
• Simulate whiout Ih (gbar_h = 0, e_pas = -70, v_init = -70)
• Simulate with Ih (gbar_h = 5e-5, e_pas = -70, v_init = -65)
